Event: "It's a Generational Shift" as The National Youth Summit Holds in Uyo this week


The Nigerian youth need continuous reorientation and motivation to achieve their dreams, improve on their careers and become better persons for both themselves and country. Hence the Uyo edition of the National Youth Summit, a 3-day event scheduled to hold from the 23rd - 25th of October 2014 at Ibom Hall, IBB Avenue. The event tagged “Generational Shift: Emergence of Transformational Leaders” is a non-profit and free program,
with seminars covering areas such as entertainment, business, agriculture,
ministry, politics, sports amongst others.
It is also aimed to change the mindset of youths about waiting to get employed when they can get quality financial independence by working for themselves, change their value system and basically preparing them ahead of the future.
Asides the seminar, attendees will be entertained during the Unity Concert Night by top music and comedy acts which include Gordons, J-Martins, Ikpa Udo, Sir James, Klint da Drunk, Freke, Franchez and  many more. 
The National Youth Summit is organized by Golden Heart Foundation, a NGO with interest in youth development and ethical change and has held the program in the past seven years in all the geo-political zones in Nigeria.
