‘Naijstani’ makes 7th World nomination.

Afro-Asian short film “Naijastani” which was recently nominated at the just concluded Festival International du court-Me’trage in Paris has again been nominated in the Amsterdam international film festival in September.

The nine

minutes short film has made three nominations at various festivals in India, one in Paris and two times in Nigeria which also includes the African international film festival- AFRIFF in the city of Lagos.

According to the director and writer of ‘Naijastani’, Mr Eddie Brendan of Creative Studios Nigeria, “the movie is a story of love gone sour entwined in racism and a misinterpretation of culture”. 

The short film will soon be shot into a full length movie will which premiere in cinemas across the globe.
