Her days of staying up late at night and burning candles have finally paid off. It was all joy, but no surprise as Ms. Mercy Edoho got awarded for her academic
excellence with the best graduating student Faculty of Science and the best female graduating Student University of Uyo, 2011/2012 academic session. She went ahead to post on her Facebook timeline “All glory to God”.
While in school, the Afaha-Eket native in Eket Local Governemnt Area in Akwa Ibom state was a onetime Vice-President of the Student Union Government – SUG. Mercy is one of the pioneer MTN Foundation scholars and was also Best student, Department of Computer Science.
She also graduated with a CGPA of 4.31 and got retained as a lecturer in the same department.
