More and more members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP are finding safe havens in other political parties. It has been reported today that
another governorship aspirant of PDP, Bishop Samuel Friday Akpan, decamped to the Accord Party in Uyo. He has since been adopted as the party’s single governorship candidate ahead of the 2015 general poll.
It can also be recalled that the ruling party in Akwa Ibom state on the 28th of November saw over 20’000 member quit with the former Secretary to the State government, Obong Umana Okon Umana to All Progressives Allinace, APC.
