Faces at the 2014 E101 Celebrity Showdown Novelty Football Match in Uyo!

Showdown, a novelty match to mark the anniversary of Akwa Ibom state and Nigeria’s independence between the entertainment stars and their media celebs counterparts had come gone.
 

The match which ended with a 3-1 score line saw the Media celebs

taking the trophy for the first time and stopping the entertainment stars from winning a three times back-to-back after keeping the coveted title since the inception of the one-day competition.

It was a full house at the Uyo township stadium as guest from all works of life trooped in to catch a glimpse of the game. Brands and personalities that supported the event include Dr.Marcel Ofomata of Amaecom Global, Samsung(Aka rd), NUJ Chairman -Patrick Albert, 1960 BET, Ndanti Ekuh , Multi Choice (Abak rd), Semek Water, John Ekpeyong, Barr Luke Onofiok (Nsit Ubium State Constituency AKHA).
