Nigeria’s fastest growing city, Uyo will play host Niger Delta aspiring entrepreneurs and enterprising youths to a one-day empowerment summit.
The
event which is organized by NDY Entrepreneurship is to revitalize the entrepreneurial innovativeness of the young entrepreneur from the Niger Delta region on strategic ways to own, brand, manage and market their resources to a multinational standard.
The event will have in attendance Professor Pat Utomi of the Lagos Business School and Dr. Marcel Ofomata, MD/CEO of Amaecom Global, a frontline asset financing company in Africa. They will be speaking on various topics covering economic development, administration, human resources and human capital development.
NDY Entrepreneurship has had series of orientation and empowerment summits in the Niger Delta region, and intend to continue in that culture until the set goals and objectives are achieved, one of which is putting the Niger Delta region in the fore front of global youth entrepreneurship and innovations.
The Summit holds on Friday 19th October at the conference hall of the Ibom e-Library complex, IBB Avenue, Uyo. Proceedings kick off with accreditation of participants by 7am and the Summit proper by 8am.
