Partial Solar Eclipse of 2013. See Images!

Today was marked to be the eclipse of the sun, a phenomena that occurs when the moon passes between the sun and the earth, partially or fully. This year seems to be a Partial Solar type.

A partial eclipse occurs when the
Sun and Moon are not exactly in line and the Moon only partially obscures the Sun. This phenomenon can usually be seen from a large part of Earth outside of the track of an annular or total eclipse. However, some eclipses can only be seen as a partial eclipse, because the umbra passes above the Earth's Polar Regions and never intersects Earth's surface.

For those who had difficulties in seeing it, here are some pictures of it today from some parts of Nigeria which included Uyo, Lagos and Calabar!
